Get in the spirit in Mount Holly with an old-fashioned Christmas parade on Nov. 28 and the annual Mount Hollydays celebration on Dec. 14.
The parade will begin at 4 p.m. on Main Street. Mount Hollydays, 6:30-10 Dec. 14, will provide an evening of music, carriage rides, story telling, kids’ activities and treats like hot chocolate and cookies – plus browsing for gifts in Mount Holly’s unique shops.
Mount Hollydays activities include:
- Buggy Rides
- Strolling Victorian Carolers
- Santa Claus
- Performances on the steps of the First Presbyterian Church
- "A Night in Bethlehem" produced by the First Baptist Church
- Chrismon Tree at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
- Concert at First United Methodist Church
- Marshmallow roast at Robin's Nest Bed and Breakfast
- Fire truck and children's gifts at Mount Holly Fire Department
- Activities for children on South Main Street
